Hi! I’m Natasha Kontny. As a new Customer Service Representative here at B&B Insurance, I hope to provide you with the best care possible, whether it’s in person or on the phone. The insurance business is new to me, but I am eager to learn and hope to assist you in any way I can. With my goal to eventually become licensed, I will hopefully be able to assist you with insurance needs in the future.

When I’m not working, I enjoy reading, crocheting, tending to my many houseplants, and spending time with family. My husband and I also own and operate a small sawmill outside of town, so I can appreciate the hard work and commitment it takes to own your own business. With three boys at home, we are constantly busy with various sports or making memories while on trips or spending time at home.

Hi, I’m Mark Howard and I am one of the Licensed Insurance Agents at B&B Insurance Services! As a born and raised southerner, I have a passion for doing the right thing and doing it right the first time. My background as a firefighter and a small business owner, I have always enjoyed helping people and protecting the things that we all work hard for and the people we love.

When the day is over, I enjoy time with family or friends outdoors whether it be hiking with our dogs, Buddy and Copper, or going fishing. An occasional trip to the “North Woods” isn’t a bad thing either!

Hi, I am Natalie Bolier, I take pride in being a local independent agent/owner because within our agency we have multiple options to provide the best value possible. I am a numbers person, so I completely enjoy finding the best rates and coverage. It’s truly a joy to help others, and so providing value and service to multiple generations of families is the best part of being an owner of one of the #1 SIAA agencies in WI and MN.

At the end of the day, there is nothing better than going home to family, and my favorite beagle, Newman. When I have spare time, I enjoy pickleball, hiking, and of course, spending time with my beautiful granddaughter Harper.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, enjoying numerous outdoor activities and most of all being a mom to my beautiful daughter Harper and stepdaughter Addison along with our newest fur baby Kaia. I value my family and new friendship I make along the way. They are all very important to me, just as every client of B&B Insurance services is. As the daughter of 2 of the owners, my goal is to follow in their footsteps and continue the legacy of world class customer service and eventual agency ownership.

When you have a question or need help with anything insurance related, I am a valuable resource. I have served the community for many years in the school systems, Chamber of Commerce, BBBS, but I have enjoyed a new focus taking extra time to focus on the B&B community. Exploring new methods to help our clients with their insurance needs is the best way I can be helpful. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and photographing all the beautiful scenery this beautiful country has to offer.

Hi, I’m Mason Bruce, one of the Licensed Insurance Agents as B&B Insurance Services. I have lived in New Richmond my entire life and enjoy the community enough to make this my forever home. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, especially my fiancé, Molly. Molly and I also enjoy the antics of our 2 cats, Dr. Meowtins and Salem and going to concerts. One of my hobbies is Powerlifting. My dedication in the sport got me to compete at WI State and Nationals in 2021.

My past work experience has been in the Automotive Industry working as a Service writer. My job was to listen to clients and mechanics to act as a liaison to make sure that everything that needed to be done was completed in an organized and timely manner.

I’ll bring that same determination of weightlifting and the communication experience from my career history to B&B Insurance so that I can offer you the best service I can.
